The Kaito KA008 is a great radio to have with you or simply to keep in your closet or the trunk of your car. This compact receiver has the ability to recharge from a hand-crank generator located on the back, with the attached solar panel located on top of the radio or through the included AC adapter.

6 hours of charging through the AC power adapter will allow you to play the radio for 48 hours continuous.

This is one of the lowest cost digital, self-powered radios on the market and the quality is excellent.
