cover up to a quarter mile radius by itself (see features), and can
cover even a greater range using Radiolabs'
external antennas. Added functionality allows the O2Storm to
act as a Wireless Access Point, WDS Bridge Unit*, Gateway, Ethernet
Client and a Universal Repeater. Featuring the latest in security protocol,
the O2Storm supports WEP, WPA, WPA(PSK) and WPA2/WPA2
Mixed with TKIP and AES encryption, the O2Storm will
keep your wireless broadcast safe and secure. Test

The O2Storm comes with 1 external antenna jack (RP-SMA type connector) for the ability to augment your wireless broadcast through external high-gain antennas. Please view our wireless antennas page for a list of our external antenna options.
The o2Storm has a extremely high power output. Under no circumstances should any signal amplifier be used to augment the power output of the O2Storm
*The O2Storm 1 Watt Wireless Router supports WDS, also known
as Wireless Distribution System or the Bridge/Repeater Mode. This allows
seamless point-to-point or point-to-multipoint communication
and easily covers dead spots in Wireless LAN's. WDS allows the unit
to wirelessly communicate with any other RadioLabs O2 Wireless Router
or Access Point in a dedicated, self-healing bridge.
