AirStation High Power Wireless Notebook Adapter with Antenna Interface

The AirStation High Power Wireless Notebook Adapter with Antenna Interface delivers the fastest wireless throughput on the 2.4GHz band and support for external 2.4GHz Antennas. This High Power Notebook Adapter offers instant wireless connectivity with any Type II or Type III CardBus ready PC notebook and has an MC connector to extend wireless range and performance with the use of external antennas. The High Power Wireless Notebook Adapter is 802.11g certified and interoperable with existing Wi-Fi™ 802.11b product. The High Power Notebook Adapter supports WPA, 802.1x, AES and WEP for security for encrypting your wireless signal or accessing secure networks.

This card offers much longer range than standard, off-the-shelf notebook cards. The output power is 80mW in G speed mode, which is almost 3 times the output power of conventional cards. When plugged into an external antenna, all of the power is directed to the antenna jack giving you the ability to obtain extremely long range from your notebook.

You can order our Long range Notebook antenna kit, or the Mobile Wifi antenna from our website to obtain much longer range from this card or mobile convenience. Make sure you check "MC" type connector for this card.

This card comes with an MC-Card connector for an external antenna. If you need to increase the range of this wireless card, take a look at our WiFi antennas.
