KA600 - Voyager Pro AM/SW/FM/WX Radio

The KA600 - Voyager Pro is the KA500 - Voyager's big brother, with all the same features and added new ones, the Voyager Pro is ready for whatever you have to throw at it.

The KA600 - Voyager Pro is a full spectrum AM/FM/SW and NOAA weather radio receiver. With full frequency coverage from 520KHz on AM (medium wave) up to 108Mhz on FM and seven channels of weather radio. A fully telescopic antenna provides increased reception and a manual entry keypad allows direct access to any frequency.

One of the best features of the KA600 is its ability to charge it's internal battery pack from multiple power sources. The radio has an attached fold up solar panel for days at the river or camping, the sun's natural energy will keep the radio running and will charge the included NiMH battery pack. No sun out? No problem, pull out the hand crank dynamo, give it a few spins and the radio will come to life, crank it a few more times and the battery pack will start charging. The Voyager Pro can also be powered off good old AA batteries, an AC adapter (sold separately) or via any computer's USB port (USB cable not included). No matter what the circumstance, the KA600 Voyager will power up and let you dial in some FM tunes, AM talk radio, SW broadcasts or important weather radio updates wherever you are.

As an added bonus, the KA600 - Voyager Pro provides a secondary USB port to provide power to any cellphone, iPod/iPhone, or other portable electronic device that allows charging via USB. Just plug your device's USB cable in the charge panel on the back of the radio, crank the dynamo or fold out the solar panel and your device will start charging up.

Adorned with a large digital display, digital clock with alarm guarded tuning and volume knobs, a 10-key manual entry pad, a flashlight, a reading light and a chunky casing, the Voyager Pro is a handful of radio goodness.
