RadioLabs Return Policy - RadioLabs 14 Day Money Back Guarantee - Try our products!! Thank you for purchasing your product from RadioLabs. We are proud to have you as a customer and we love to have new people buy and try our products! If you believe a product you have purchased to be defective and the product is still within the 14-day return period, you may return the item to RadioLabs at your expense (RadioLabs will not issue a call tag or RTS label). If the item is returned to RadioLabs and found to be defective or not functioning to specification, RadioLabs will issue a refund for the cost of the return shipping as long a receipt for the charge is provided (refunds for shipping charges will not be issued if a valid receipt is not available). Refunds for return shipping will only be issued for standard Ground and non-priority shipping methods. If the item is returned using an Air or Express shipping option, RadioLabs will only refund the cost of Ground/non-priority shipping from your location, which RadioLabs’ will calculate at its discretion. Refunds for return shipping are generally issued within 5 to 7 business days from RadioLabs’ receipt of return and will be issued back using the original order payment method, unless requested otherwise. RadioLabs will, upon receipt and inspection, repair or replace the defective product and will ship the item back to you using a non-priority shipping option at no charge. If an express shipping option is required for the return shipment, RadioLabs will cover the cost of the non-priority shipment and you will be responsible for the balance of the shipping charges. RadioLabs does not offer refunds on custom coaxial cables as they are made to order for each specific application (excluding bridge kits). If you are ordering a coaxial cable, please be very careful on the connector type. Any fee charged for preconfiguration of any networking equipment will not be subject to a refund, extenuating circumstances notwithstanding. An open box fee up to 15% of the purchase price can be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange and will be determined by the condition of the merchandise. If the merchandise is not in new or "like-new" condition, RadioLabs will not issue a refund and the merchandise will be returned to you at your expense. We do not accept returns on custom WiFi coax cables. If you ordered a cable which is not correct for your application, RadioLabs will charge a connector change fee and return shipping costs to replace the incorrect cable end. RadioLabs will not accept the return of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging or the packaging is damaged or missing. If you do not have the original box or it is damaged, please contact us regarding return of the product. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale. If a different credit card number is to be credited at the time of refund, the original cardholder will need to contact RadioLabs to provide new card information. Clearance Products Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $250.00 will be issued by check from RadioLabs corporate office within 10 business days of the return date.
