WiFi – Wireless – RL-LMR-400 series cables, RadioLabs ultra low-loss cable is a very high quality, low loss coaxial cable for all RF Applications, but specifically designed for the best possible specifications you can achieve in the 2.4 and 5.8 Ghz wireless band. RadioLabs unique RL-LMR-400 has lower loss than competitor’s cable, because it was designed using specialized materials, and center conductor / RF Foil and dense, yet flexible 100 percent shielding. Of all wide range cables available on the market, RadioLabs RL-400 and LMR-400 coax is the lowest loss available before switching to small diameter hard line.

Description

RL-LMR-400 – Low Loss WiFi Coax Cable

LMR-400 low loss wifi coax cable

LMR-400 wifi coax cable with low loss allows for long cable lengths with minimal signal loss.

RadioLabs Low-Loss RL-400 WiFi Cable / Wireless coaxial cable, is a very low attenuation cable specifically engineered for microwave, 900, 2.4 and 5.8 GHz connections from the radio device to the antenna, minimizing signal loss from both transmitted and received signals.

RadioLabs WiFi coaxial cable’s specifications, provide an excellent, 50 ohm impedance, 100 percent shielded cable with only 0.07dBi loss per foot.  This coaxial cable has been is specifically designed for WiFi and all wireless high frequency devices.  It’s minimum coil radius of 1 inch lets you use the cable in tight fitting applications. Our coax, is not only 100% shielded, it’s literally dual shielded, for the absolute best isolation from the center conductor. The braid is very durable, for excellent strength when either soldering, or crimping connectors. Our RL-LMR-400 coaxial cable, is the perfect mix between flexibility and strength, allowing our durable, UV grade outdoor / indoor cable to be manufactured, connectors crimped as solid as possible and still enough flexibility to run through walls, run to outdoor wireless / wifi radios, bridges and access points without hassle. Having manufactured our own RadioLabs branded cable for over a decade, we have had excellent reports back from our customers, who are still using bridge systems purchased from RadioLabs a decade ago, and our customers ensure us their coax is still in great condition, still retains it’s original black outter PVC jacket, no cracking and still in excellent shape. From the hottest deserts, to the coldest arctic tundra, our coax has been installed worldwide, in all climates. RadioLabs has never, once had a single complaint about our coaxial cable quality, the excellent, low-loss signal properties on microwave frequencies, and durability over time.

WiFi Coax Cable must achieve the lowest signal loss possible, in a flexible design, allowing for the already low powered signal, to deliver maximum power and maximum received signal throughput to the radio.

RL – LMR-400 Cable on other Frequencies besides WiFi

RadioLabs RL-LMR-400 series coaxial cable, not only exhibits excellent specifications on the WiFi / Wireless frequencies, but the excellent low-loss signal properties work across the entire RF spectrum, giving you essentially the best possible low-loss across even low frequency HF / VHF and UHF bands, including commercial and amateur radio and the CB Radio Band. This coax is 0.4 ” diameter, and is the same outside dimensions as RG-8 as well as 9913 coaxial cable.

Coaxial line loss, especially at 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz WiFi frequencies, can be significant, and RadioLabs has been making excellent, low loss cable for 15 years. Our cables achieve better specifications, lower loss, greater shielding and better signal delivered from radio to antenna than our competition. The only drawback of our coax cable, is a very minimal flexibility loss. While the cable diameter of .400″ (10.16mm) is standard on all LMR-400 and RL-400 coaxial cable.

RadioLabs Ultra Low Loss WiFi Coaxial Cable

RadioLabs manufactures our own cable products. These high quality, low loss cables are manufactured out of the highest quality materials on the market, have the best possible performance specifications on the market, offering lowest attenuation at high frequencies. Our cables are manufatured using state of the art manufacturing proceses currently availble. To view the specifications of our cable products, you can view our Coaxial Cable Datatsheet here RadioLabs Coax Cable Specifications

Built on the same specifications as other top cable brands, our loss factor is lower rated than the other brand names. Rest assured, you are getting the highest quality, best performing cable we can possibly make. Rated up to 1500 watts transmit power, our coax cable is also used for Amateur Radio, CB, and most other super low-loss applications and is not specifically just for WiFi use. Our cable is the lowest attenuation you can achieve, before switching to hard line style or cable so stiff, it is not practical for use. Please see our PDF spreadsheet for more information on frequency specific use. This cable will work for all applications, DC to 6 GHz with the lowest loss. Specifically designed for wifi and wireless applications in the microwave spectrum.
